Mr. Marcelino Caetano is one of the Board of Director Member representative from the Ministry of Public Work. He was appointed to board member position in April 2022. Mr. Marcelino holds a master’s degree in Information System Management from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) Salatiga, Semarang, Indonesia. He has more than 10 years of professional working experience as a Senior Lecturer in Faculty of Informatic Engineering at National Universities of Timor Leste. Prior his appointments as a senior Lecturer, he was a part time lecturer at private universities, for instance UNITAL, IOB, and UNIMAR. Aside of teaching experiences, Mr. Marcelino has extensive experience as speaker in various seminars on ICT, author of seminar paper “Kriasaun Baze de Dadus ba Komponente NAVAL FFDTL Hera”, as an editor of seminar papers “Urban Solid Waste Management in Dili Community, Classification of Coffee Bean Images based on Defect Types using SVM” and As TIC e os Ambiente Virtuais de Aprendizagem no Suporta ao Processo Educativo do Ensino Superior Timorense”. The papers have been presented on Timorese Academic Journal of Science and Technology (TAJST) in Dili.
